REFUND POLICY

Fox Youth Studio recommends scheduling an online consultation prior to placing an order, which can be done here. We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return. The products MUST be unopened and unused. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products available in mini sizes and sachets.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the products back until you have emailed us your return request to iryna@foxyouthstudio.com 
The products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the products are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 72hr after receipt of the order for a refund or replacement. Photos are required of the damaged products or incorrect items before we can proceed. We highly recommend keeping packaging material for the parcel. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returning the products. 

Lost or stolen product

We can’t be held responsible for the packages that get lost in transit or go missing after confirmed delivery unless Shipping and Protection was purchased. By purchasing Shipping and Protection, your order is protected. You will receive a full refund if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier after you fill out a USPS Missing Mail Search Request. 

Skin/allergic reactions

Every client will respond differently to products when used for the first time. If you think that you have an allergic reaction from using the products purchased through our website, please contact us at iryna@foxyouthstudio.com

within 14 days from the moment you received an order. You will need to send an email with photos attached together with the description referring to your reaction. Please include your order number. In order for us to accept an allergic return for the products that you believe gave you an allergic reaction, you will need to fill out a reaction form that will be sent outto you after you notify us about an issue, a photo of the reaction must be included and the products must be at least 70-80% full. We will not be able to process an allergic return without images of the reaction. If this cannot be provided, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns.

All postage costs associated with reaction returns are covered by the client.
